Buyers: a question about an order
Contact the seller first, use the Contact Seller button on their store page or in your order emails. To see, track or cancel an order, use My orders (we email you a sign-in link). If something went wrong with a delivered item, open a dispute within 14 days of delivery under our Dispute Resolution Policy.
