Streamster offers three pricing plans: Starter ($79/month, 10 streaming hours, 4% commission), Creator+ ($199/month, 40 streaming hours, 2% commission), and Pro ($499/month, 150 streaming hours, 1% commission). Additional live hours beyond your plan's included amount are $5 per hour. Buyers never pay Streamster a fee — only the product price plus applicable tax. Sellers receive payouts via Stripe within 2-7 business days. There are no hidden fees, listing fees, or setup costs.

Commission Structure Explained

Streamster charges a commission on each sale, calculated on the item sale price (excluding shipping and tax):

• Tiered rates: Starter 4%, Creator+ 2%, Pro 1% — the more you stream, the lower your commission.

Example: You sell a product for $100 on the Creator+ plan. Streamster's commission is $2.00 (2%). On the Pro plan it would be $1.00 (1%). Because you are the merchant of record, Stripe's processing fee of about $3.20 (2.9% + $0.30) comes out of your own Stripe balance. Your net is approximately $94.80 (Creator+) or $95.80 (Pro).

Streaming Hours and Overage

Each plan includes a monthly allotment of streaming hours: 10 hours on Starter, 40 hours on Creator+, and 150 hours on Pro. If you stream beyond your included hours, additional time is billed at $5 per hour on all plans. Your remaining hours and any overage are shown in your seller dashboard under the Payments tab.

Do buyers pay a fee?

Buyers pay no Streamster fee — only the product price plus any applicable sales tax (calculated by Stripe at checkout). The seller is the merchant of record for each sale.

Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments on Streamster are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Here is what you need to know:

• Stripe processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (standard US rate)
• Payout schedule: 2-7 business days after the sale, depending on your Stripe settings

When Do You Get Paid?

1. Sale happens: A buyer purchases your product

5. Funds arrive: Typically 2-7 business days, depending on your bank and Stripe settings
