Your privacy rights

Anyone can use this form — buyers (who have no account), sellers, and visitors. Tell us what you want and we will record the request, confirm it by email, verify it is really you, and act on it within 30 days. Sellers can also request deletion directly from Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone.

What we keep even after a deletion request

Records of completed orders (order reference, amounts, tax, dates and the delivery details on the order) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires and while a payment dispute could still be raised. These are records of a sale between you and the seller and the law does not allow us to erase them on request. We remove everything else, and we strip personal information that is not needed for that purpose. Details are in the Privacy Policy, section 4.
