Two-Step Login
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Two-step login adds a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone to every sign-in. Someone who learns your password still can't open your dashboard, change your bank details or touch your payouts without your phone. It's optional and free on every plan.
Turn it on
- Install an authenticator app on your phone if you don't have one (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy).
- Open Settings → Profile → Security → Two-step login and click Turn on two-step login.
- Confirm it's you: re-enter your password, or click Email me a sign-in link and open the link in the same browser (accounts that sign in with Google use the link). This stops someone who only has your password from adding their own phone.
- In the app, add an account and scan the QR code. Can't scan? Type the key shown under the code instead.
- Enter the 6-digit code the app shows and click Turn on.
✓ What success looks like: Two-step login shows a green On badge. The next time you sign in, Streamster asks for a code after your password.
Signing in with two-step login
- Sign in as usual: password, Continue with Google, or an email link.
- On the Two-step login screen, open your authenticator app and enter the current 6-digit code for Streamster.
- You land where you were going. Until the code is entered, your dashboard, settings, payouts and orders stay locked.
Turn it off
In Settings → Profile → Security, click Turn off under Two-step login and enter a current code from your app. Your next sign-in is password-only. You can turn it back on any time.
Lost your phone?
Email support@streamster.shop from the email address on your Streamster account. After we check it's really you, we reset two-step login. Then sign in with your password and turn it on again with your new phone. Moving to a new phone on purpose? Turn two-step login off on the old phone first, then on again with the new one.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is two-step login required?
No. It is optional and free on every plan, including the free trial. We recommend it for every seller, because your account controls your payouts and bank details.
Which authenticator apps work?
Any app that supports time-based codes (TOTP): Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy and most password managers. Text-message codes are not offered.
Does it work with Google sign-in and email links?
Yes. However you sign in, password, Google, or an email link. Streamster asks for the 6-digit code before opening your dashboard.
I lost my phone. How do I get back in?
Email support@streamster.shop from the email address on your Streamster account. After we check it is really you, we reset two-step login; you then sign in with your password and can turn it on again with your new phone.
My code keeps being rejected
Codes change every 30 seconds, so enter the one showing now. If every code fails, your phone’s clock is probably off: turn on automatic date and time in your phone’s settings, then try again.
